Be sure to include beta-carotene filled carrots, lycopene-heavy tomatoes, leafy greens that contain antioxidants, and the anthocyanin filled blueberries. In addition, eat foods that are high in omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon. This fatty acid will nourish your skin and keep it looking plump.

Anti-aging cream is one of the best fine line remedies available. The cream is made with vitamins and minerals that make your skin look healthier and younger. Be sure to use this daily treatment on your fine lines and wrinkles.

Massage your Face
